prior arrangement or in the Auction Room before the sales.
The Special Conditions of Sale are freely available upon request. Other documentation will be sent upon pre-payment of the
appropriate copying charges, which are dependent upon the size of the individual packages, or you can also download the
legal documentation directly from this website.

In order to take full advantage of the legals online service you should have a broadband connection.
We strongly recommend that you take independent advice on the contents of all legal documentation and, if you are attending the
Auction, we would advise you to review the documents in the Sale Room prior to bidding. Any announcements made via the Addendum
or from the Rostrum always take precedence over any previously available information.
Whether or not you inspect the legal documentation you will be deemed to purchase with full knowledge of all conditions, deeds
and documents. The legal documents may have been reduced in size for photocopying or scanning purposes and should not be used
for scaled measurements.
