The September auction has yet again proven that public confidence still remains strong with over £16 million raised from a catalogue of 138 Lots, pushing the total sales to-date for 2016 to £120 million.
We can all read and interpret the various reports and predictions posted on the web but with the interest rate remaining at a 10 year low and with a continuing housing deficit both sales and letting still remain in high demand.
