At Clive Emson Auctioneers, we offer a wide range of properties and land at our monthly auctions and this month is no different. Below we have picked out one from each of our five auctions across the South of England to show the extensive variety of lots on offer each month… 

Twisting the night away!

At our Essex and North & East London auction on 23 March, there is a great opportunity to own a village hall in Broomfield, near Chelmsford. The building has a sizeable hall area that has most recently been used as a dance studio and was formerly used as a village hall and infants school.

A market town pub, we’ll drink to that!

Have you ever thought about having your own pub? Well now’s your chance, as a great town centre pub can be yours at our Hampshire and Isle of Wight auction. 

The wonderful Hop Poles pub in the market town of Alton, Hampshire extends to 0.07 hectares (0.17 acres) with a car park and beer garden to the rear. Acres of land in the Devon countryside

A beautiful piece of the English countryside can be yours at our West Country auction on 26 March. The lush land is situated within a semi-rural location just north of the town of Barnstaple, Devon and is a huge 21.3 acres (8.62 hectares). What’s more, the northern part of this predominantly elevated piece of land boasts an idyllic streamside setting.

Another fantastic Grade II listed building! This time a stunning former chapel located in the town of Battle, East Sussex. Unsurprisingly, the chapel is a local landmark and is situated in a prominent position.
