This 0.44 hectare (1.09 acre) parcel of woodland is situated off an unmade track, a short distance from the settlement of East Worldham, which is approximately equidistant between Selborne and Alton.
A detached bungalow once occupied the site but was demolished many years ago. We are advised by the Local Authority that planning applications for reinstatement in the 1980s and 1990s were rejected. All that remains of the previous bungalow are the foundations.
Proceeding south from West Worldham, turn left at the public telephone box (opposite Cornerstone Cottage) and continue to the end of the tarmac road. Proceed on foot down the hill, along the track for some distance. Prior to reaching a stile there is an area of woodland either side of the path, with the building foundations on the left hand side.
Any reasonable time on site.
