Planning Permission was granted by South Somerset Council, under ref: 14/01680/FUL, dated 23rd April 2015 and Ref: 14/01681/LBC dated 22nd July 2014, respectively for the proposed mixed use development of 14 residential units and three commercial units incorporating some demolition and internal parking, subject to conditions.
