Maidstone Borough Council approves the submission of details to discharge Condition 9 (Bat Mitigation Strategy) under ref 19/506374/SUB, dated 28 February 2020 and Condition 9 (biodiversity) under ref 19/506210/SUB, dated 11 March 2020, both subject to conditions.
