Continue along this road, which will merge onto Boode Road, where you will leave the 30 mph speed restriction. Buttercombe Lane will be the next right (signposted Beara) and the land will be the second field entrance on the right hand side and has a wooden gate. Please note, entering the above postcode into a Sat Nav will take you to Boode Road only.
