Situated in a rural location to the west of Warden are these two barns which have been given approval for Change of Use to residential dwellings. Consent was granted in June 2020 although there is a current application awaiting decision for the replacement of current cladding with timber cladding.
Both barns will have small gardens following the demolition of the brick building to the south.
Planning Permission has been granted by Swale District Council, under ref: 20/501903 dated 30th June 2020, for prior notification for the Change of Use of two agricultural buildings to two dwelling houses and for associated operational development, subject to conditions.
There is a current application being considered under Ref: 21/501243 as an amendment to the recent prior approval.
A copy of the Planning Consent and proposed plans will be available to download from the Clive Emson website or via Swale District Councils website, swale.gov.uk.
Each dwelling will comprise open plan living room/dining room/kitchen/breakfast area, two bedrooms, bathroom with W.C. and main bedroom with en-suite shower/W.C.
