This broadly rectangular field is situated a short distance from the desirable North Devon village of Braunton in a rural location. The land has been used for many years by a local farmer for pasture and is considered suitable for continued use in this guise.
It is understood that historically a small agricultural building (now demolished) occupied the land and individuals may wish to consider constructing a similar building, subject to all necessary consents being obtainable.
