We are advised by the Sellers Solicitors that the sale is subject to Land Tenancy Agreement and a copy of a signed document dated 31st January 2022, relating to this is included in the Legal Pack and is referred to in the Special Conditions of Sale.
We cannot therefore say that the land is being offered for sale with Vacant Possession on Completion and interested bidders must satisfy themselves as to the consequence of this
