About the Role
Clive Emson Auctioneers are hiring a full time Auction Appraiser to join their Essex Auction Team based out of our Chelmsford office.
Due to continued success and growth, Clive Emson Auctioneers, one of the UK’s leading regional land and property auctioneers, is offering an exciting opportunity to advance your career in the property industry. This role is ideally suited to a Negotiator or Senior Negotiator seeking to develop their expertise and progress within the property auction sector.
Key Responsibilities and Activities will include:
- Carry out Auction Appraisals
- Cultivate good working relationships with local agents
- General office duties, including (but not limited to):
- Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries
- Dealing with incoming emails
- Data entry
- Liaising with other members of staff to enable smooth running of the office
- Liaising with vendors, purchasers and tenants
- Conduct viewings with prospective buyers
- Taking photographs and internal videos of properties coming up for Auction
