A note on our auctions during Covid-19

Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic, all of our auctions will be conducted online.  All properties and land currently available, regardless of location, can continue to be viewed through our properties page.

If you wish to read the legal documentation of any of the lots listed or to place a bid yourself, please register with us online. Alternatively, our main office is still open should you wish to get in contact with us with any questions or queries you may have.

Within the West Country there are many different styles of property available in this beautiful part of the world, as well as land for sale – with many having promising prospects for development. Our auctions include both commercial and residential lots across this vast area of outstanding natural beauty, set amongst the bustling hubs of medieval towns and modern cities.

Our West Country auctions cover properties and land for sale in: Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire. This part of the country is known for its more relaxed approach to life, with lots of small village communities coming together for historical and traditional events. On the opposite side to this, the towns and cities here are just as alive as London – catering for both residents and businesses needs.

Additional Fees

An Administration fee and Other non-optional fees may also be payable in addition to the bid price. All lots are offered subject to the Common Auction Conditions and Special Conditions of Sale or Revised Special Conditions of Sale (as applicable) and may include the repayment of search and other fees and or costs payable by the buyer.

All buyers are advised to inspect all available legal documentation prior to bidding and will be deemed to fully understand what they may be liable for if they are successful in purchasing. This should also include Stamp Duty, Land Registry fees and VAT which may become payable on completion in line with any property transaction, whether it is by auction or private treaty.
