A note on our auctions during Covid-19

Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic, all of our auctions will be conducted online.  All properties and land currently available, regardless of location, can continue to be viewed through our properties page.

If you wish to read the legal documentation of any of the lots listed or to place a bid yourself, please register with us online. Alternatively, our main office is still open should you wish to get in contact with us with any questions or queries you may have.

Sussex and Surrey contain some outstanding properties; thanks to the glorious mix of countryside and city areas there is something to suit every taste on the market. This should also include Stamp Duty, Land Registry fees and VAT which may become payable on completion in line with any property transaction, whether it is by auction or private treaty.
