A note on our auctions during Covid-19

Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic, we have made the difficult decision to move all of our auctions online until further notice. All properties and land developments currently available, regardless of location, can now be viewed through our online auction service.

If you wish to read the legal documentation of any of the lots listed or to place a bid yourself, please register with us online. Alternatively, our main office is still open should you wish to get in contact with us with any questions or queries you may have.

Sussex and Surrey contain some outstanding properties; thanks to the glorious mix of countryside and city areas there is something to suit every taste on the market. Surrey Hills is an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which covers a quarter of the county. This means that it is ideal for those who love rural activities and the rolling countryside that this county has to offer.

This should also include Stamp Duty, Land Registry fees and VAT which may become payable on completion in line with any property transaction, whether it is by auction or private treaty.
