In June, (prior to our auction which took place on the 16th), we decided to produce and air our own Auction Show on social media platforms, to talk about the Lots coming up for sale and the services offered by Clive Emson Auctioneers.
I was joined by Ian Waterhouse who managed and introduced the show along with myself and went through the lots, showcasing the varied types of property that appear in our auctions. Approaching 2,000 people watched on LinkedIn; YouTube; Facebook and Twitter, which gave us a great template to work from moving forward.
Following the release of our July auction catalogue, which went live on Friday 8th July, we hosted our second show this week, highlighting the new Lots, including videos and more information on certain feature Lots. The early signs in terms of the growing audience are good and the show can be viewed again on the company You Tube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/ucpn5nsa00pytvtlb-21pxxg
Prior to the auction finishing on Thursday, 28th July, we will be holding a ‘Lots now live for bidding show’, giving more information on the marketing; levels of interest and, more importantly, how to register and place your bid at the July auction.
