Remaining Lot are to be offered via our online platform on Wednesday 1st April

Mondays and Tuesdays auctions took a different approach to our regular ballroom events. The sales were held online using our Live Stream facilities, with all interested parties bidding remotely either by internet, proxy or telephone. Prospective Bidders were not allowed to attend in person. This did not deter everyone, in fact we had almost 200 register to bid remotely with over 600 people watching the proceedings over the two days.

The results can be found here

Following the Governments advice, the remaining lots are now being offered via our online platform – again please see our website. The online auction will be held on WEDNESDAY 1ST APRIL, COMMENCING AT 12noon.

Number 10 has advised this ‘lockdown’ will be reviewed in three weeks, circa 13 April, so we hope to hold our May auction, but again we will update our website once we have further information.

We want to re-assure you all that the health and well being of all our staff, their families, sellers, buyers, viewers, solicitors and joint auctioneers are of paramount importance to us, and we have put protection over profit.

We can be contacted on 01622 608400, but would ask you to visit our website for updates and auction information.

KEYS – if we are holding keys, these are safe, however we will not be able to return them until restrictions are relaxed or lifted.

IF YOU ARE A TENANT – if we are offering or have sold a property subject to your occupation we would advise you to contact your landlord/letting agent if you have any concerns.

The entire Clive Emson Team would like to thank you for your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times.

Please stay at home and stay safe.
