Listed Building Consent was also granted under ref: 15/00298/AS, dated 10th June 2015.

This Planning Permission has now expired and interested applicants are advised to make their own enquiries with the Local Planning Authority, Ashford Borough Council, Tel: 01233 331111. The premises may be suitable for alternative commercial, residential or perhaps a mixture of commercial and residential uses, subject to all the necessary consents being obtainable.
