Flat 3 has been sold on a 125-year lease from 24th June 2016 at a current ground rent of £125 per annum. Flats 1, 6 and 7 have each been sold on 125-year leases from 2024 and Flat 8 has been sold on a 125-year lease from 2025 at a current ground rent of peppercorn.
