Immediately surrounding the yard and to the left hand side at the entrance there is a single storey brick built storage building and to the western side of the yard there is a larger detached timber clad storage building. To the left hand side of the site, thee are two further single storey timber clad buildings, one providing general storage and the other arranged to provide a number of rooms (formerly offices) together with kitchen area and W.C./shower facilities. Beyond the main yard area with the paddock land, are further covered L-shaped paddock structures together with additional storage buildings. There are also further brick-built former livestock buildings including stable type accommodation that has historically been associated with animal husbandry. The land immediately behind and to the west of the paddock has been divided into a number of grazing areas with a separate access gate along that boundary.
