A note on our auctions during Covid-19
Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic, we have made the difficult decision to move all of our auctions online until further notice. All properties and land developments currently available, regardless of location, can now be viewed through our online auction service.
If you wish to read the legal documentation of any of the lots listed or to place a bid yourself, please register with us online. Alternatively, our main office is still open should you wish to get in contact with us with any questions or queries you may have.
There are vast range of styles of properties available for auction throughout London and Essex, including; commercial, residential and plots of land for sale, all located in a sought after area of the country.
Essex is a popular location in the UK, with stunning countryside and boutique towns for everyone to relax and enjoy. This includes hotspots like Lakeside shopping centre, and Bluewater shopping centre just across the Thames in Kent.
Essex also has excellent road and rail links to London, as well as enabling you easy access to get across the country thanks to the M25. Plus, there are key airports to jet off to Europe for that all important summer holiday or business trip, making Essex a great location to live and work in.
The bustling city of London has many up and coming areas within the north and east of the city, ready and waiting to be explored. Whether you’re looking to get your dream property or desired office space for your business, areas of north and east London are all just a stone’s throw away from the hustle and bustle of the city itself.
