Our February 2018 catalogue is out now

2017 and the Christmas break seems an age ago, but what a year it was! Our success and therefore our clients success saw the year achieve almost £160 million in sales and a success rate approaching 85%. We would like to take this opportunity to thanks all our sellers, Joint Auctioneers, professional introducers, solicitors, successful (and those unsuccessful) buyers for their support to make this all happen, we couldn’t have done it without you. As we close the door on 2017 and cross over the threshold in to 2018, we would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a happy New Year and a prosperous and healthy 2018.

Looking to the future, we are delighted to release our February catalogue, the first of 8 five day Auctions covering Southern England in 2018. This edition contains a healthy xxx lots, many of which are residential properties which may be suitable for the first time buyer market (once improved) who no longer pay Stamp Duty if they are buying a residential property up to £300,000. There is also a great selection of commercial premises, land, conversion possibilities, garages and ground rents.

So whether you’re looking for residential, commercial, land or something a little different then we hope you enjoy the February issue. If you have something which may be suitable for a sale by auction then why not give us a call. The closing date for the next auction (mid March) will be 19 February. In the meantime happy hunting.
