Planning Notes
A response, from Swale Borough Council, to a submission seeking Pre-application advice for re-development of the entire site for up to 10 dwellings was received on the 21st January 2022 and is available within the legal pack. The advice letter states as follows "The site now lies within the built up area of Faversham according to the adopted Local Plan, and as such the principle of residential development is acceptable".
In addition Planning Permission was granted by Swale Borough Council, under ref: 16/507275/FULL, dated 9th December 2016, for extension of the existing private road with turning tee and the erection of two detached dwellings with integral garages; occupation of the house being limited to persons for Affordable Housing. This Planning Permission has now lapsed.
Subsequently Planning Permission was granted by Swale Borough Council, under Ref: 18/500688/FULL, dated 30th May 2018, for the removal of the condition to allow houses to made available as market housing.
