This attractive barn conversion opportunity is situated in the hamlet of Roud, which is, in turn, situated a short drive from the larger settlement of Godshill, a popular tourist destination.

Planning Permission has been granted by the Isle of Wight Council under reference: 25/00763/FUL dated 28th October 2025 for proposed conversion of agricultural barn to form a dwelling, subject to conditions.

Planning Permission has been granted by the Isle of Wight Council under reference: P/01464/05-TCP/26713/B dated 12th January 2006 for conversion of storage barn/stables into unit of holiday accommodation (amended description) (re-advertised application), subject to conditions.
