A large parcel of established woodland measuring over 12 acres, with good access off the A2 and located on the outskirts of Dunkirk village and the city of Canterbury.

We have been advised the woodland includes Sweet Chestnut and Oak trees and forms part of a larger parcel of woodland, however, the boundary is marked out by wooden posts painted blue and red.

The Seller has also advised the whole area is subject to a Tree Preservation Order, but had obtained a Forestry Commission Felling License (now expired) and the woods have been coppiced during their ownership.

Directions

To find the land please take the exit off the A2 at the Esso service station. To the rear of the petrol station there is an access track which takes you towards a caravan park. Go past the caravan park along the track and up to the locked gate (What3Words reference abolish.applied.mixing). Proceed along the track and the woodland is marked 'Laud Wood'.
