Planning
Planning Permission has been granted by Cornwall Council under ref: E1/2008/00871, dated 18th June 2008 for 11 eco friendly stone built holiday cottages and permitted the complete demolition of the arched garden wall. This planning permission has been modified by E1/2008/00872 and more recently PA22/03046 decided by the council in the decision notice for PA22/03046 dated 14 August 2023; these do not permit the complete demolition of the garden wall with arch. The Council decision PA22/03046 is for the erection of 9 cottages plus ancillary works. The cottages are designated as holiday homes with 365 days per year permitted occupancy as a second home. An officers report (ref PA21/04053) states that a lawful commencement has been made in respect of the development.
