Auctioneer's Note

The Seller has confirmed that partial footings are in situ and in an email dated 10th February 2021 from the Case Officer at Folkestone & Hythe District Council's Building Control it states "If you were to start up works again for this project £661.32 (price inclusive of VAT) would be the fees required. This is due to the partial payment of £179.78 we received in 2005 being taken off the price of the application. The fees payable include the costs of all potential site visits in the price".

The Seller therefore considers that the email confirms that building works have started, however all interested parties will be deemed to have made their own enquiries and satisfied themselves.
