FREEHOLD GROUND RENTS
Developed in the 1990s this ground rent investment sale consists of three flats and associated parking in a residential area of Sevenoaks. Each flat is sold on a long lease for a period of 125 years, from 25th March 1994, at a current ground rent payable of £50 per annum.
The freeholder is responsible for the management and insurance of the building which is recovered from the lessees by way of a service charge.
