Situated in the south-east corner of the Isle of Wight, the village of Bonchurch is a sought after residential location a short distance from the larger settlement of Ventnor. The name of Ramblers was attached to the former detached dwelling which occupied the site but this has long been demolished, with Planning Consent having been achieved in late 2016 for an impressive replacement, though this has yet to be built and the Planning Consent has now lapsed.
The site extends to 0.08 hectares (0.21 acres) which enjoys the benefit from a raised position of views over the English Channel.
Planning Permission has been granted by the Isle of Wight Council, under ref: P/01147/16, dated 12th December 2016, for a detached dwelling with integral garage and parking, shared (revised) plans, subject to consents. A copy of the Planning Consent and proposed plans will be available to download from the Clive Emson website or the Local Planning Authority website.
