Auctioneers Notes

The Sellers are aware that areas of the land have been used by the public for walking over several years. Interested bidders will be deemed to have satisfied themselves with regard to this prior to bidding

The land to be sold is shown on the Title Plan. Please note that the long area of open land in front of the woodland at Heath Wood Drive is not included in the sale and forms part of the Heath Wood Drive development

When viewing this land, the best place to park is in the car park at the western boundary in Penenden Heath Recreational Park. At the eastern side of the land is the residential development called Heath Wood Road where parking is for residents only. We ask that you to respect the privacy and access of all the local residents to their own properties.
