The lease refers to a right of way for all times by day or by night to go pass and re-pass on foot only over and along the path to the west of the demise premises and situated on part of the lessors premises known as Bellevue and Ashford Industrial Estate, Lympne aforesaid for the purpose of obtaining access to the demise premise.
